Welcome to the collection of fungal genomes hosted at the Center for Structural and Functional Biology at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

We provide genomic information for a number of filamentous fungi - both newly sequenced genomes and new annotations of publicly available fungal genomes. More than 20 new fungal genomes are being sequenced and annotated as part of the 'Genozymes for Bioproducts and Bioprocesses Development' project, funded primarily by Genome Canada.
